株式会社Contena（以下「当社」）は、当社が提供するアプリケーション（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
本ポリシーは、当社が提供する以下のアプリに適用されます。アプリごとの取り扱いは「3. アプリごとの情報の取り扱い」に記載します。

当社は、アプリの利用に際して必要のない情報を取得しません。
取得する情報がある場合は、その内容・目的・保存期間を本ポリシーに明記します。記載のない情報を取得することはありません。
本アプリは、利用者の個人情報（氏名・連絡先・位置情報・端末の識別子など）を収集しません。
アプリの品質改善のため、不具合の発生記録（診断情報）のみを当社サーバーに送信します。広告・アクセス解析は行いません。ネットワークに接続していない状態でも、すべての機能をご利用いただけます。
アプリの動作に問題が起きたときに、次の情報を記録し、次回起動時に当社サーバー（contena.co.jp）へ自動送信します。
これらは特定の個人を識別できる情報ではありません。氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報・広告識別子・端末の固有識別子・連絡先・写真は、収集・送信・保存しません。セーブデータの中身も送信しません。
メニューの「不具合を報告する」から、お気づきの点を文章で送っていただけます。お送りいただくかどうかは任意で、送信ボタンを押したときにのみ送信されます。そのとき、次の情報が本文と一緒に当社サーバー（contena.co.jp）へ送られます。

総合成績を画像にして共有する機能があります。画像は端末の中で作られ、お使いの端末（OS）の共有画面にお渡しするだけです。共有するかどうか、どこへ共有するかは利用者が選びます。当社がこの画像や共有先を知ることはありません。
お送りいただいた内容を第三者に提供することはありません。広告ネットワーク、外部の分析ツールを組み込んでいません。
本アプリは基本無料です。現在、アプリ内購入はありません。今後提供する場合も、決済はApple／Googleの仕組みで行われ、当社がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得することはありません。
情報を収集しないアプリについては、年齢にかかわらず、個人情報が扱われることはありません。
「SCRAMBLE! Shibuya Crossing Dash」は広告を表示しますが、非パーソナライズ広告に固定しており、行動ターゲティングは行いません。13歳未満のお子様を対象としたアプリとしては提供していません。
内容を変更する場合は、このページを更新し、最終更新日を改めます。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリの更新情報等でもお知らせします。

We do not obtain information that is not required in order to use our apps. Where information is obtained, its content, purpose, and retention period are stated in this policy. We do not obtain information that is not described here.
This app does not collect personal information (name, contact details, location, device identifiers, etc.).
To improve quality, the app automatically sends diagnostic information only to our server (contena.co.jp) when an error occurs: the error message and location, non-identifying gameplay state (app version, chapter, in-game day, equipment count), screen size, and user agent. This data cannot identify an individual. It is used solely to investigate and fix defects, is retained for up to one year, and is never shared with third parties. No advertising or analytics services are embedded. Save data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted.
The app is free to play with an optional one-time in-app purchase (auto-repair). Payment is processed by Apple/Google; we never receive your payment details.
This app does not collect any personal data. It collects, transmits, and stores no personal information of any kind. It contains no advertising and no analytics, and makes no network requests. The app is fully playable offline.
Game progress (cleared stages and star ratings) is stored only on your device. We cannot access it. Deleting the app also deletes the save data. The app is free and contains no in-app purchases.
We do not obtain any information about you. The app is free and supported by advertising, and our advertising provider, Google (AdMob), obtains device information in order to serve ads and prevent fraud.
AdMob may obtain your device's advertising identifier, IP address, device type, and records of ad impressions and interactions, in order to limit how often an ad is shown and to prevent invalid clicks. This information is obtained by Google and is never sent to our servers. Ads in this app are fixed to non-personalized advertising: we do not target ads based on your interests or browsing history, which is why iOS never asks you to allow tracking. See Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and "How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services" (https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites).
Full-screen ads appear only when you move on from a result screen; they never interrupt play. A rewarded video ad plays only when you choose to continue after failing.
We collect no personal information of any kind and operate no server for this app. Game progress and your "Remove ads" purchase are stored only on your device; deleting the app deletes them. A purchased "Remove ads" can be recovered with "Restore purchase" inside the app. The app is free with a single one-time in-app purchase to remove ads; payment is processed by Apple/Google and we never receive your payment details. This app is not directed to children under 13.
This app does not collect personal information (name, contact details, location, device identifiers, etc.).
Nothing is sent automatically. Information reaches our server (contena.co.jp) only when you choose to send it from "Contact the developer" in the menu and tap Send. What accompanies your message is shown on screen before you send: the message text (up to 2,000 characters) and report type, the app version and build, the screen name and phase you were on, in-game day and cash, screen size, and user agent. This cannot identify an individual. It is used solely to fix defects and improve the app, is retained for up to one year, and is never shared with third parties or shown to other players. No advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting services are embedded, and the app does not use the network in order to play.
Save data and sound settings are stored only on your device and are never transmitted; deleting the app deletes them. The app can share a results image through your device's share sheet — the image is created on your device, and we never receive it or learn where you shared it. The app is free and currently has no in-app purchases; if any are offered in future, payment is processed by Apple/Google and we never receive your payment details.
If this policy changes, this page will be updated and the "last updated" date revised.
